Yes, you can suspend the completion of the online Form at any time, save your work and resume it later.
Yes, you can skip a point and go ahead in filling out the Form but the form must be completed before you can send it.
Applications can be sent every year from January 1st to January 31st. Applications received without the required documentation or with errors in the documentation will be excluded.
The Eight per Thousand will NOT communicate the outcome of the evaluation: the approved projects will be published on the website www.ottopermillebattista.org in the Reporting section by 30th September every year.
The project can be started immediately but no later than beginning of the year following the approval: however, it is mandatory that each project is concluded and fully reported by 31st December of the year following that of the financing/approval.
The project must be closed and its report submitted by 31st December of the year following the reception of the funds. For example, should you desire to access the 2022 funds, you must apply by 31/01/2022 and the activity must be completed and its report submitted by 31/12/2023.
Extension can be requested in very exceptional cases, but cannot go beyond 30th April of the second year following that of reception of the funds (in this example above by 30/04/2024). A request for an extension regarding the date of expected completion must be received at least one month prior to the scheduled closing date. For example, if the project’s envisaged closure was 31/10/2023 and you were unable to meet this date, the request for an extension must be submitted no later than 30/09/2023.
The share borne by the applicant indicated in the project submission phase (point 6 section A of the
Form for external bodies projects) must remain the same even if the funds approved by the Eight per Thousand are inferior to those required to carry on the project in its original form.
It is not necessary to reformulate the project, nor the budget/economic plan presented, nor
to specify for which items the OPM funds received will be used: it will be sufficient to submit the final report, which must comply with the Instructions for external bodies and the Reporting Instructions.Extension can be requested in very exceptional cases, but cannot go beyond 30th April of the second year following that of reception of the funds (in this example above by 30/04/2024).
